We do not accept returns on opened or used products due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Damaged or Defective Products:
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.

  • Approved cases will receive either a replacement or refund.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days
